Return & Exchange Policy
At Barefoot Shoes Egypt, we want you to receive the right size with complete confidence before paying.

1. Try Before You Pay
All Cash on Delivery orders can be opened and tried on while the courier is waiting.
• You may try the shoes indoors to check the size and fit
• If the size is not suitable, you may refuse the order immediately
• Delivery fees will still apply if the order is refused

2. Pick & Choose Orders Are Not Available
To keep inventory available for all customers, we do not offer “pick and choose” deliveries.
• Please order the size and model you intend to purchase
• Ordering multiple sizes or models to choose from upon delivery is not permitted
• If you need sizing assistance, contact us before placing your order

3. After Accepting the Order
Once you accept the order after trying the shoes:
• The sale is final
• No returns or exchanges are available

4. Sizing Guidelines
Barefoot shoes fit differently from traditional shoes.
• Wide toe box = more room for natural toe movement
• The front may feel wider by design

Before ordering:
✅ Order your normal size
✅ Check the Size Guide
❌ Do not size up unless advised

If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you choose the correct size.

5. Trial Conditions
To refuse an order at delivery:
• Shoes must be tried indoors only
• Shoes must remain clean and unworn
• Original packaging must be kept intact
