1. Try Before You Pay (At Delivery)

We offer a Try Before You Pay experience on all Cash on Delivery orders.

• You can open your package while the courier is waiting
• You are allowed to try the shoes to check size and fit
• Please try the shoes indoors only to keep them in original condition

If the size is not suitable:

• You can return the order immediately to the courier
• You will not receive the order
• Delivery fees will still be paid

Once you accept the order after trying the shoes:

• The order is considered final
• No returns or exchanges are allowed

Barefoot shoes are designed differently from regular shoes:

• They have a wide toe box to allow natural toe movement
• They may feel wider in the front by design, not longer
